1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
2 (12 oz) bag coleslaw mix (or 1 bag of coleslaw mix and 1 bag of broccoli slaw)
1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce/tamari if not gluten-free)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Red pepper flakes, for heat (optional)
Directions
Cook the Protein:
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground chicken, turkey, or pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy!
