There’s something about fall that makes apples taste even better. 🍎
Whether you pick them fresh from an orchard or grab a bag from the market, they’re the ultimate symbol of cozy autumn days. Instead of the usual apple crisp or pie, I wanted to share a fun, lighter twist: Apple Pie Egg Rolls

This snack is the perfect balance with warm, spiced apples wrapped in a golden, crunchy shell. They come together quickly, making them a great choice for busy weeknights, after-school snacks, or even as a sweet ending to a family dinner. Best of all, they don’t require a long list of ingredients or hours in the kitchen, you’ll have them ready in about 20 minutes.
I love that this recipe feels indulgent, but it’s also easy to keep on the healthier side. By baking instead of frying and using just a touch of maple syrup, you get all the flavor without the heaviness. Pair them with Greek yogurt for dipping or enjoy them as-is with a mug of tea, and you’ve got yourself a cozy, nourishing fall treat.
Sometimes it’s the simple recipes that bring the most joy, and these apple egg rolls are a reminder that a little creativity can turn seasonal favorites into something special.
Ingredients:
2 apples, diced
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
6–8 egg roll wrappers
Coconut oil spray or light brush of oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a skillet, sauté diced apples with coconut oil, cinnamon, and maple syrup until slightly softened (about 5 minutes).
Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold sides in and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment, spray or brush lightly with oil.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Optional: Dust with a pinch of cinnamon sugar, a drizzle of honey, or serve with a side of fresh whipped cream or Greek yogurt for dipping.
